Hype in week order since lottery:

Trade
Hield
Bender
Trade
Murray
Brown
Dunn

I still like Buddy

I'm with you there. If we keep the pick I'd rather have Buddy than anyone else.

Buddy is my guy as well.    Wearing all my Green tonight hoping to hear his name called for us..
FINALLY, somebody tells me what their plans are for tonight!

Since a vote for Dunn is a vote for a trade (of _somebody_), it looks like the overwhelming sentiment is that there will be a trade, either directly or indirectly stemming from this pick.
NBA Officiating - Corrupt?  Incompetent?  Which is worse?  Does it matter?  It sucks.

I think there is a great opportunity to be had with multiple trade downs involving the #3.  If Min. really wants Dunn could you squeeze them for Lavine and #5 maybe give them Hunter?  Trade Bradley in a deal for #6 and control the draft from there.  You could get Sac. to trade up for Brown.  The C's might end up with Bender at #6, Buddy/Lab at #8, Lavine ++ for #3, Bradley,  Hunter +.  Gonna be an interesting night to say the least.

Sorry, if this is a repeat post. I posted my expectations and sentiments earlier. It didn't seem to register.

Expectations:
1. Trade: many of us are on-board with this possibility.
2. Heild: he appears to have the fewest question marks against him. Thus, it's not that he's that good, it's more that there seems to be fewer negatives. Plus, the Celtics really need shooters. He fills that need more than anyone else.

As for myself, I would prefer Bender with more upside down the road. He won't be a superstar, but should become a good facilitator and defensive interrupter. I envision him becoming someone like Crowder or Tony Allen without the athletic energy. His height and intelligence will more than compensate.

Called it.

It would have taken a really good deal to pry #3 from Danny. He was very high on Brown after that 2nd workout.
Jaylen Brown will be an All Star in the next 5 years.
