That's the spirit!

Seriously though, I'm going to just about explode when I hear "with the third pick in the NBA draft, the Boston Celtics select... Kris Dunn" tomorrow

Bummed that it seems like the Hayward report may be false.....

was looking foward to fireworks

You mean the Hayward report that Ainge would be dealing Avery Bradley, Marcus Smart, and the #3??? I'm glad it's false because I will jump off a bridge if that happened!

No. Just the fact that Gordon Hayward is not available. It did not matter who you're sending because I think the report was overblown. I do not think that we would give up that package just for Gordon he would. But just the fact that he is not on the Block and asking for a trade.

We will get Hayward.

Next year. For less than the proposed trade.

In the meantime, drafting Kris Dunn would hardly mean no trades. It would almost guarantee that Bradley or Smart is history - and I'm fine with that.

Or we send Dunn to Philly for Okafor or Noel. Fine with that, too.

Drafting Dunn is hardly the end of trading. It just tells the other clubs that want him - or another Celtic guard - that Ainge's guard store is overflowing with inventory. Something's got to go.
Coined the CelticsBlog term, "Euromistake."
