I saw the video of him saying the negative about Bender, and I'm a Bender fan. Said his workout was awful, that he did not seem prepared, that he seemed too young.  But they are seeing him today, maybe he will change their thinking. Welch has said a lot of nice things about Bender. Welch is only reporting what he heard.  Consider the source; is it not possible that false intel is being leaked out??  Would serve to make their interest in Dunn more keen in case a better offer comes along via trade.  We just don't know, and that is what makes this all so much fun, and nerve-racking.

That's true, the source could have an ulterior motive. This is Tim Welsh we're talking about so his reporting should be taken with a grain of salt. I accept the Dunn stuff because he once coached Providence so he has ties to Dunn's camp maybe.

If he's not as good as Poryzingis I say no. The article also says he may be "more agile than Dirk, well maybe." Unless he is going to take the league by storm, I say no.

However, I do trust that Danny will take the right player, and if it's Bender, it's Bender. Although, I would feel a lot better about picking him at 3 if we could acquire another top ten pick to grab another potential star- (Murray/Brown etc).
