5:00 pm yesterday was the deadline for foreign players to withdraw. Many will recall the disappointment of two years ago when Porzingis withdrew at the time of draft projections suggesting he could be the Celtics pick at #17. This year, despite a very deep foreign class, no major international players took their name out.
