Anyone who listened to the postgame interviews tonight knows what I'm talking about. What planet are these people living on?

Does LeBron get the whistle every single time he's fouled? No, but nobody does. On the other hand, he's also the most coddled player in NBA history by the refs, and it's been that way since the opener of his rookie year. I can actually almost understand why he's complaining, because all he's ever known in his career is both him and his teammates having the refs on their side in every single game, home and away. So anything that even approaches actual fairness from the refs seems absurd to him.

You mean the crab walk? Yeah, the league had to amend the traveling rule to accommodate for his sloppy ball handling. Now you can take a ridiculous 3 steps before you are "traveling."

Steph Curry is so good that they are mentioning a 4 pt shot, or moving the line back. That is literally a case of being a game changer, where as LeBron needs rules changed to compliment his approach.
Truuuuuuuuuth!

I remember the same thing happening with Jordan.  Not that he was ever as big a whiner as LeBron but there was definitely a point where refs stopped giving him every possible call.  I'm not sure if it's just familiarity breeding contempt or what.

He is looking for more help,  any edge putting his complaints out there hoping in the back of the refs minds it will make a difference. Should be illegal for players to tamper with refs. That's the coaches area .

NBA should fine him millions for running his mouth .   It's not of his business......unless he is paying the refs .   He should not be allowed to bother the refs in any way about foul calls.  It distracts the fans, players and takes away from the game .

over the yrs. I've come to the realization that the reason Lebron has not won as many titles as he "should have" is because of his reliance on the refs to get him to the finals. once he gets to the finals they pull back the coddling because of the exposure of it being the Finals, where there's more viewers/the fans that don't watch regularly. if these people saw the complete biased that goes on they'd get turned off of watching basketball forever.

He created most of the contact and I watched the second half of that game. He was far and away the most physical player out there. Pushing people, elbowing, shoving, grabbing it was non stop. The only thing I can say is the refs let it get out of hand and was often rugby instead of basketball.

That game last night was terribly officiated both ways.  They missed a lot of fouls and then called some silly fouls.  They blatantly missed about 4 calls on possessions when the ball went out of bounds.  That was one of the most inconsistent and worst called games I've watched in a long time.  Again it went both ways, but I expect the Finals to have the best refs and that was downright embarrassing.
2025 Historical Draft - Cleveland Cavaliers - 1st pick

Starters - Luka, JB, Lebron, Wemby, Shaq
Rotation - D. Daniels, Mitchell, G. Wallace, Melo, Noah
Deep Bench - Korver, Turner

This is what happens when a guy gets special treatment his whole career.

Anybody else absolutely sick of seeing him whine to the refs every time he misses a shot? If he spent as much time practicing his jumpshot as he does engaging in ref theatrics, perhaps he would not be on the verge of an epic three-peat LLL?

Lebron needs everything to be right in order to have success. he's the most overrated "face of the league"/superstar I've ever seen. I've never seen the supposed greatest player need so much help.

perfect example was last night's game. no Green and he has his best game of the series and they win.

I fully expect the cavs to win this series now. as I suspect Green will either play timid trying not to pick up a flagrant, making him ineffective opening the door for Lebron to look like a savior or Green will pick up another flagrant and won't be available for game 7 and the Cavs win easily.
