Are people actually concerned about Bender's weight?  He'll be 250-260 easy in a few years.  Nothing at all to see here.

As for his brother, he is listed at 6-9, 230 on this Maryland bio page so this supports the theory that Dragan will fill out nicely.

Of course his weight is a concern.  He's about to be asked to play 80 games plus a season for the extent of his career at a weight 30-40 lbs heavier than he's ever played (in your estimation).  For a 7 footer that's a recipe for knee and foot injuries.  Don't forget he's never played more than 12 minutes a game in a much shorter season.

His brother is 6'9 and 230 lbs and has already torn his ACL twice.

All this would make me super concerned about what his playing weight is going to be.

He's 18 years old!  He will gain weight both naturally and through proper conditioning.  I am going to speculate that fact that his brother has torn his knee ligament twice has nothing to do with any artificial weight he has put on (unless you are willing to say that is the case for everyone that has ever torn a knew ligament).

So no, I would not be the least bit concerned about Benders weight.  Not in the least.

Brook Lopez has been plagued with foot injuries. How about Robin?

i disagree. have you seen the shooting stats for that turtle yet? do some research before posting. from what i saw the turtle has NEVER missed a single shot!!! NEVER!

undersized? was that measurement taken with his head inside or outside of his shell? you need to provide some more detail here.

 ;)
I believe Gandhi is the only person who knew about real democracy — not democracy as the right to go and buy what you want, but democracy as the responsibility to be accountable to everyone around you. Democracy begins with freedom from hunger, freedom from unemployment, freedom from fear, and freedom from hatred.

Everyone knows that turtle basketball games are only played with shells on, so that's obviously the only measurement that actually matters ::)
