Nice article with Danny basically talking about what I've been as far as becoming a better team this year but also not selling us short long term.  Best way to do that is to draft and then make trades and free agency to better our chances next year.  I  wouldn't trade the pick though.

DA says if he can make a championship team in one year he'd do that but I don't know if that is out there. I think that's more ownership that wants that.
