Had major issues shooting in his last year of school, seems like he has a strange take-back where he loops it from left-to-right.

Regardless, he has a super smooth, old-man game ala James Harden. Never in a rush, but sneaky athletic. Great fundamentals on offense.

Good defensive instincts, athletically capable guarding above or below his position.

Favorite part, great court vision and rebounding from a 2-guard.

Even at the end of the game, we lined up in different formation that he hadn't seen and he called out our play before I got the ball. I heard him calling it out. -John Wall on Brad Stevens

I'm a big fan, he should be there at 23. If we aren't going to go draft and stash at that pick I think Bembry is a great pick who could give us back up 3 minutes immediately.
DKC:  Rockets
CB Draft: Memphis Grizz
Players: Klay Thompson, Jabari Parker, Aaron Gordon
Next 3 picks: 4.14, 4.15, 4.19

I also think Bembry is a great pick at 23
Would have liked him at 31 and zizic at 23 but chances are Bembry doesn't last past the 1st round

Agree to all.

Two points to add:

  • His minutes should at least be better than RJ and James Young because of his physical devevelopment alone
  • Using the Sabermetrics model, the combination of 20% Bembry and 80% Smart should make up for losing Evan Turner in FA.
