It's hardly fair to say it was an epic failure on Ainge's part for missing out on Giannis.  That was a very weak draft and any team could have put together a trade to draft him if they had an inkling that Giannis would become so good.  29 teams missed on him.

I am absolutely in the trade back with Phoenix camp. I think Bender, Buddy and Murray all have similar value, so if we move back one spot and take Murray in exchange for moving up from 16 to 13 that would be great.

If Ainge does that, I hope he'd get a little more than that from PHX.

I don't think there's much of a difference in terms of tiering between 13 and 16, but there seems to be one between 3 and 4.
