I think we can all agree Boston getting the first pick is the best result.  Assume that happens, what do you want the rest of the lottery to look like.

Here is mine
1. Boston
2. Utah
3. Denver (from NY)
4. Philly (own)
5. Philly (from LA)
6. Phoenix
7. Minnesota
8. New Orleans
9. Sacramento
10. Toronto (from Denver)
11. Milwaukee
12. Orlando
13. Washington
14. Chicago

EDIT - This is based on what I felt gave the Atlantic division (and Eastern Conference to a lesser degree) the worst results, plus it punishes LA by forcing the pick to Philly (and who likes LA really).  Philly doesn't benefit from the tanking by ending up 4th.  I put Utah ahead of Denver, because I like them more than Denver and think adding Ingram or Simmons to that team would make for a fun team that could eventually challenge teams out west.

If we can get #1 or #2 and Philly gets #4 and #5, I will dance a little jig.

Jinx alert!

I guess I'd say:

2. New Orleans

3. Philly (pick swap with Sacramento)

4. Sacramento (pick swap with Philly)

5. Philly (from Lakers)

I like dominant big men, and would like to see Davis and Cousins get some help.

To counter your jinx, let's just accept that the order will be.

#1 - Lakers
#2 - Philly (pick swap from Sac)
#3 - Bulls (they decide to Keep Butler, trade the pick for Cousins, and sign Durant)
#4 - Sac (pick swap from Philly)
#5 - Celtics

My dream is:

1.) Boston
2.) New Orleans - poor Anthony Davis
3.) Minnesota - Murray or Bender would be great for that team

Then the rest of the draft has to by definition go:

4.) Philly - ha
5.) LA --> Philly - lol
6.) Phoenix - I want them to get Hield here and I hope he wins them some games to stay above the Nets.  He's the most NBA ready I think after Ben Simmons.
7.) Denver I think?
8.) Sactown
9.) New York --> Denver ----> Toronto?  Something like that?  You'd think a contemporary Celtics fan would be able to make sense of weird lottery trades by now
10.) Milwaukee
11.) Orlando
12.) Utah
13.) Washington
14.) Chicago

I'd like for Minnesota to get the number 2 pick. That franchise has suffered enough and has a great future ahead. Getting another top prospect would solidify them as the NBA's up and coming powerhouse if they weren't already with Wiggins and Towns.

That and I really hope the worst case scenarios happen for LA and Philly. The rest of the lottery I really don't care.

Yeah for anyone who thinks that the lottery is rigged: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CKI-fToATpQ

That is what the actual drawing looks like.

According to the NYT from last year, the drawing happens about 1 hr before the actual unveiling and only about 25 people know the result.  http://www.nytimes.com/2015/05/18/sports/basketball/before-envelopes-are-opened-draft-fates-are-sealed-in-secrecy.html?_r=0

Then according to Grantland, the reps/media/NBA officials/Ernest & Young officials sit in a windowless room and aren't allowed to leave until after the broadcast: http://grantland.com/the-triangle/behind-the-scenes-of-the-nba-draft-lottery/

So in order for that guy to be right, then:

1.) The NBA would have to make it's drawing about 4 or 5 hours earlier than every other years' drawing (implausible, but certainly possible)
2.) One of those 25 people needs to be able to leave that room with a cell phone (highly implausible - they would probably have to do some Mission: Impossible stuff for this)
3.) One of those people would have to leak it (I concede that this is very plausible if 1 and 2 are right)
4.) The person they leaked it to was an internet message board dude (somewhat implausible - it would just mean they told everyone they saw.  I could however certainly see one of the Busses doing that or something).

So yeah, I am 99% sure they are lying.  I don't think the drawing has happened yet and I don't think anybody is going to physically be able to leak it.  I do concede that anybody would leak it were they given the opportunity, but I just don't see that happening due to the safeguards.

What is much more likely is someone on a message board is lying by citing the most likely outcome and if they're wrong, nobody will remember, but if they're right, then they can pretend to be a big time insider.

and EDIT: Dikembe Mutumbo saw Joel Embiid write "#1 and #4 Trust the process" on Twitter and took that to mean that they won the lottery, when Embiid meant "I hope we get #s 1 & 4."  He then wrote "Congratulations to the 76ers for getting the #1 pick" and everyone went nuts.

Ew. Hope he's wrong.

I think he's wrong. There's no way they'd do the lottery this much in advance.
I could very well see the Hawks... starting Taurean Prince at the 3, who is already better than Crowder, imo.

Wyc wasn't the behind the scenes guy, was he? There's different people on stage and behind the scenes.

Wyc wasn't behind the scenes in 2007. Here's a Forsberg article from today with a bit on 2007:
