Smart : he is younger, has much more potential, and I believe he will improve his shot like AB did. It would have been a tougher decision had AB been healthy, considering Smart's injury history, but they are similar in that regard so I go with Smart.

Bradley was a solid 3PT shooter in college (37.5%). Smart was a terrible shooter in college (29% and 29.9%) and is even worse in the pros (25.3% this year). Thinking Smart is all of a sudden do something he has never done is silly talk.
This question is entirely based on what we hope and pray Smart becomes, but it has nothing to do with their value now.Bradley is definitely the more valuable player right now. We can see how badly he's missed in these playoffs. If we had lost Smart and given his minutes to Terry R or Evan T it would be a way smaller drop off than losing Bradley.

EDIT: The thing is, while people get more consistent and make better decisions as they mature, bad shooters don't become good shooters and rarely even become average shooters. If a guy couldn't shoot in college and through two seasons in the pros can't shoot, he is never going to be able to shoot. He might someday get to the point that he isn't a total liability, but he is never going to develop into a consistent reliable shooter. It just won't happen.
