How is Brad still playing Sullinger? HOW?

I'll ask again. How?!

Its WHY. How doesnt even make sense.

Sure it can, as in: "How could Brad Stevens bring himself to keep playing that fat tub of goo?!"

Probably my last post tonight, but the synopsis of this game to you guys comes down to Jared Sullinger's ineptitude?  Really?

He's not the only or even primary reason, but he's definitely a part of tonight's horrible play. He's virtually useless in this series because he's so slow and nonathletic that he simply can't defend their bigs nor rebound effectively against them.

This game just shows how much we need Avery. Inaibility to defend Teague/Korver/Bazemore at the same time as well as nobody hitting shots. Not saying we definitely would've won this, but without a doubt he would be making a difference.

the issue is all the attention is on IT bc the hawks know, nobody else on the team can make shots or go on hot streaks

I was praying the celts actually acquired Marcus thornton for cheap at the trade deadline

he would of definitely helped a little

down too many pts now and if he balloons up to 30, just play the kids I say. It can't get any worse

At home the "rest" plus IT get the energy and don't miss as much

right now, nervousness x100.

Yeah, we couldve gotten someone as an injury insurance. Instead we got a green d leaguer that ia even behind our rooks in the depth chart.

  • GOT IT!!!
Hopefully next year they can win a game on the road in the playoffs. Just too many green guys that have never been in this position before.
they were in the playoffs last year.  all of the key players.  this is not something new.

That team has no business making the playoffs last year. These guys are just finding out to win in the playoffs. Atlanta can tell you that back in '08.

I'm fine with never seeing KO for another minute this series.  And I hope these 3rd quarter minutes were Sully's last as a Celtic.  Been tired of his act well beyond even this season.

Let's not forget that we're missing a crucial part of our starting five in Bradley and KO and Crowder are both playing at around 60%. That's a big reason this series has gone like it has.

So what the hell happened?

we thought we won after the 1st quarter

honestly even though we were up 10, CBS should of called a timeout

Well that was brutal.

I don't see them beating us at home though, and we will have a fighters chance in game 7.

Well, it's because of the makeup of our team. IT is so good offensively that it justifies keeping him out there with his putrid defense, but you have to have an Avery type to cover him defensively.

We do need a pf. Other than jerebko theres no one in our team who can play the 4 in a small ball lineup. Olynyk, sully and amir are 5s in todays nba. We are thin at the 4 and 3 spots. We need mobile defenders who can shoot there.
