You really think he was that bad? I thought, all things considered, he wasn't too bad. He seemed to do wonders for Alex Len too.
Isaiah, you were lightning in a bottle.

Nah. The players like him a lot apparently. Plus, Bledsoe will be healthy again. I doubt the Suns are still a bottom 5 team next season.
I could very well see the Hawks... starting Taurean Prince at the 3, who is already better than Crowder, imo.

you vs. the guy she tells you not to worry about

What are the odds Watson lasts the full three years? 50%? 30%?

I think the Nets and Bucks proved this year that you can be trying to win games with a coach that knows the playoffs and not be able to do so.  They should be better than last year, but I don't see them being dramatically better by any stretch.  Maybe if Booker makes a leap but I don't think he'll be good enough to swing 10-20 games for a couple years (although I think he'll eventually get there).

Suns aren't quite as dysfunctional, but they're not inspiring confidence. Broke up the Morrii to chase after cap space, signed Chandler to a big contract to woo Aldridge (failed), had to fire Hornacek, and still ended up trading Markieff Morris anyways.

Are they competing, or rebuilding? What's their direction? I can see Watson becoming expendable as soon as Sarver decides he wants the team to win. Question is: how soon will that be?

Let's not forget this was a single summer after signing IT to backup up Dragic/Bledsoe only to watch it blow up in their faces. Then they proceeded to trade both, after Dragic demanded a trade. Only to watch IT become an All-Star and Dragic lead a team that has an outside chance at making the Finals.

Yeah, the Suns don't have much credibility.
