Even though the win put us in a less-than-desirable playoff position, it was the absolute perfect game to have right before the playoffs. It was especially good for IT, Turner, and Crowder, who all sort of broke out of their recent bad play in the win. I especially loved Turner's energy in the second half.

This team knows that it has to outwork its opponents. I truly believe that one good thing with the Atlanta matchup is that we won't take them lightly. Which might work out better for us after our recent play of taking teams lightly.
Recovering Joe Skeptic, but inching towards a relapse.

Looked like Miami tanked the 2nd half though---they must have realized it didn't matter if they won.
Larry Bird was Greater than you think.

Im confused, would they actually have the same seed if they had won?

Either way I think this is pretty sad to suggest. If they were playing haslem and richardson and green all 40 minutes of the second half maybe this would half some merit, but professional athletes don't just stop playing halfway through a game.

No.  It would have mattered -- Atlanta was leading at half time, and the games were played simultaneously.  If they were scoreboard watching, maybe someone would have realized it didn't matter with about 3 minutes to go in the game, but by then the Celtics had already turned it well around.  If Atlanta won, Miami would have opened on the road.

good point. That makes the tanking post rank among the worst i have seen on these board.
