I think all the top seeds in the WC win. I have no idea how to pick the EC. I wouldn't be surprised by anyone losing in the first round (maybe Cleveland, but I wouldn't necessarily be shocked if it happened). Outside of Detroit, I wouldn't be surprised to see any of the EC teams in the finals either. There is a lot of parody.

My one upset pick is Charlotte in 6.

Detroit has a "good" matchup with Cleveland, but I think all that'll mean is that they win one game.

Out west, I'm not sure any of those series is going longer than 5.

I'll be rooting for Portland, but they've been a poor road team all season. Not sure they have it in them to steal HCA from the Clips.

I really like the Blazers, and I'd be thrilled to see them give LAC a fight, but Deandre and Blake should be able to eat the Blazers frontcourt alive, and I think the Clips will just grind them to death with a million well-executed half-court sets.

I'm actually looking forward to seeing Plumlee/Davis vs. Jordan. I think the Blazers C rotation might do surprisingly well (on defense, anyways).

But Aminu will have his hands full with Blake, and Vonleh will be useless. Davis may have to slide to the 4 again, and while the effort is there, I don't think the talent is.

Detroit plays Cleveland tough because of their dominant bigs, so I think a possible upset would be that. But I highly doubt the NBA will let that happen.

I am being hopeful.

Houston for my money are the 5th best team in the league talent wise. They have played well below that all season but I am hoping they (somewhat) rise to the occassion against GSW to cause them some problems before bowing out after (at least somewhat) restoring some of their pride.
