As far as key cogs on this current team I'd say

Isaiah
Crowder
Bradley
Turner
Sully
KO
Smart
Amir
Jerebko

Somewhere in that order although after Isaiah it's all really debatable... Smart is still very young and has the most roomt to grow probably. So is KO. jerebko is what he is. Crowder is maximizing his potential.  Bradley is close to but can still improve.  Sully and Turner are  in the same boat. That's our 9 man rotation right there though with Rozier being the guy who is closest to cracking it and making it 10. 

I really think Sully and Turner are more important to this current team in ways than Bradley or Smart because we have Rozier and depth at guard.  We don't have anyone else who can rebound like Sully or with his size to defend.  We lose him this year we are not this good.  The same goes for Turner and his shot creation off the bench.

Who's to say what Ainge is going to do.  We could upgrade Amir and Crowder for a superstar center and wing for all we know.  We could upgrade Turner and Sully.  We could upgrade Bradley.  We could draft a couple young guys and bring them along with this current group on rookie deals and extend Sully and Turner. The chances of them staying is still greater than the means.

I'll tell you this about Turner -- I like him about 33-40% more since he started wearing goggles.

Turner is an exceptional ball handler for someone his size.  People don't realize that he is every bit of 6'7", maybe even a bit taller, and is a strong guy too.  There are not a lot of players at his height that can handle like he does, maybe only a few in the league.

Sully is what he is.  Dude rebounds with the best of them, he is a very good defender, and has tremendous hands.  When he is knocking down outside shots he is a legitimate All-Star level talent.  Unfortunately he just can't keep it up consistently.
