Minny loses at home to Dallas; Bad for Dallas pick
Houston wins at home over OKC;Good for Dallas pick
Cleveland wins at home over Charlotte; Good for Playoff Positioning

Phoenix playing Utah at home; win-win situation either way (good for Dallas pick if Utah wins and good for Brooklyn pick if Phoenix wins)

Utah is doing what you'd expect to Pheonix. With Houston winning today, I am feeling a little more hopeful about the Dallas pick, but I'd gladly sacrifice some positioning there for a Phoenix win. The far more valuable pick is the Brooklyn pick, and going 4th to 3rd is a much bigger plus than 16th to 12th.
That said, it's unlikely the Suns pull out a victory today, and probably won't win again to secure the 3rd position come ping-pong ball day (5/17).
