And Baldwin has a ridiculous height to wingspan ratio.  The thing is, Baldwin is one of those Buddy Hield type of prospects that has come a long way to be the player he is today. Check out the scouting clip below

The Knock on Baldwin is his age, handles is not has tight you would want out of a PG, decent for a SG.  Otherwise he has all the tools , strength and that wingspan to be a menace on both ends. If he can tighten up on his handles or play on a team with a poing forward, he could play the PG position. Good passing skills.  Acrobatic finishes around the rim utlizing his long wingspan. Really short compact shooting stroke also.

I think he fits the type of player the C's usually target defensive minded guards with long arms.

He's a good shooter and a good defender, but he was miscast this year as an offensive creator. If we move Bradley, Baldwin could be the perfect replacement.

Yeah, I agree with this.  But I like Avery, solid player on a solid contract. So I'm not giving him away to draft Baldwin.

Still he shot the 3 very  well unlike Smart in College.   He is not a bonafide shot creator (like AB) but is very good going straight line and finishing around the basket utilizing his ridiculous wingspan.

Here are the pros/cons on Wade:

the Good:

• An excellent three-point shooter who can drive and cause defenses to collapse around him. With a roster stocked with three-point shooters like Vanderbilt's, this was especially useful. He has the awareness to pass out of trouble and create easy baskets for his teammates.

• He's a strong defender. Wade's a solidly-built 6'3 and 195 pounds. Factor in his above-average lateral movement and 6'10 wingspan, and you've got the kind of player who could lock down PGs and SGs in college. Smaller, faster guards gave him trouble, but his presence on the arc helped make Vandy the nation's 7th-stingiest defense this year.

• He plays with heart. When he feels doubted or disrespected, Baldwin tends to find another gear -- similar to how Rondo would level up for nationally televised games. There's no better example of this than his career numbers against Vanderbilt's arch-rival Tennessee. In six games, he averaged 15.5 points, 6.3 assists, and 5.2 rebounds while shooting 43% from three-point range.

the Bad:

• His midrange game needs work. He's a solid shooter who can get to the rim, but he missed way too many layups this winter. His 15-foot jumper is inconsistent.

• That emotion we talked about? When Wade feels challenged, he can either carry you to victory or sink you. There were far too many times a charged up Baldwin dribbled into the paint on a wild drive without a real exit strategy. This cost Vandy plenty of possessions in big games. On top of that, remember those UT stats? Well the Commodores went just 3-3 against them while Wade was on the team -- and two of those losses came under the bright lights of the SEC Tournament.

• Turnovers.  He had nine games this season with four turnovers or more. He tries to do too much. This is fixable, and Baldwin works his butt off, so I'm not as concerned about this as others.

I think he'd be a fine Celtic -- someone who can man the traditional point guard role and give this team scoring and attitude off the bench. He's constantly improved in college, rising from an overlooked four-star recruit to an all-around matchup nightmare for Vanderbilt.
