If we were lucky enough to get Ingram, what happens to Crowder in his small forward role? Neither Ingram nor Crowder are big enough physically to play the 4 and we have a large logjam of guards and I'd say Ingram doesn't have fast enough lateral movement to keep up with guards anyway.

Does Ingram come off the bench, or does one just get traded?

I would think Ingram comes off the bench until he proves himself to be a better player in the NBA than Crowder, and we let Turner walk.

Crowder plays the 4. Perfect floor spacing.

He remains the teams starting 3.
The rookie will come off the bench.

Also crowder has proven to be an effective small ball 4 so if we get Ingram and he develops into the real deal I see no issue starting both

Obviously Ingram needs a few years so bring him off the bench. He can play sg and sf off the bench as well so he will get plenty of minutes to develop.

They both get plenty of minutes.  Crowder's the heart and soul of this team.  He's not going anywhere.

Nothing?  We could use 5 or 6 guys with that skillset.

You don't have to do anything with him.  Keep him at the 3.  Slide him to the 4 in some rotations.

I think you can play Ingram at the 2 with him at the 3.

Given his contract situation & skill set, there is absolutely no need to rush him out of town if they get Ingram.  Crowder is a big asset for this team.

Well that would be a nice problem to have. Ingram becomes our back-up SF, and he can also play some minutes with Crowder at the 4. Another option is to put Ingram at the 2, but I don't think it makes much sense given our depth at both guard positions. Turner would probably be gone.

Probably nothing. Ingram would probably be glued to the bench and be brought along slowly.

you still need to be sensitive to the development aspect.

Lets put it this way, Ingram at peak > Crowder.  And there is little reason to believe he won't live up to the #1 or #2 status. Ingram has star written on him
