Seems like a legitimate possibility if Wade would take a substantial pay cut. Clippers should totally go for Kyrie as he quite a bit younger; same for NYK with Melo/Love.

If we don't take out CLE in the playoffs, I sincerely hope that Toronto does. Even if this story is a little exaggerated (is there a link?), I generally take the position of wishing ill-will (in terms of basketball) on Lebron.

BTW...I don't hear them clamoring to play with him.   They are all too busy worrying about THEIR teams and trying to win now . 

LeBron should be practicing , instead of wasting time day dreaming in class like a 13 year old.

How about being with your own team mates and putting the same energy and love into the Cavs players as you do other stars.

Lebron James is playing ALL of us.

The crazy thing is that he could very well attempt to join up with these guys....OR they could try to join HIM in CLE. Can you imagine the DRAMA that would follow? Not only with CLE - but with CP3's, Melo's AND Wade's respective teams?

Think about it...CP3 is not making it out of the west this year, or next. Wade isn't making it out of the East. Melo isn't even making it TO the playoffs, lol.

What DRAMA would this be if it somehow leaked out that these four were attempting to join up?

Personally I'd love to see such a trainwreck if these four tried to pull this off. It would be another Lakers (GP, Mailman, Shaq, Kobe)...or even worse.

I love this. Get them ALL together in ONE spot. Less drama throughout the NBA if you ask me. We'd be able to focus the hate in ONE spot, then.

I'd love to hear Joakim Noah's thoughts on this. He's already spoken glowingly about CLE. Can you imagine what he'd say now?

He talked about playing one year with those guys before everyone retires.  He's said for years that those are his three best friends in the league.  I don't think it's weird that he'd like to team up with them, even in the late stages of their career.

Why does Lebron get dumped on when he says, in the future, before he retires, that he'd like to spend a year playing with his best friends?  Meanwhile, Kevin Durant receives very little criticism for rumors that he wants to ride the coattails of Steph Curry by signing with the Warriors.

Probably bc KD hasn't said he wants that out. It be just as weak and sad if KD had to resort to riding curry and GS coat tails to get a ring.
