I hope Zeller gets the Lee treatment from now on. Isaiah and Smart have been fouled on more than a few drives.
Um, no.  Celts did Lee a favor.  A big part of that benching was just keeping him from getting injured so he would be of value to somebody. Zeller, for better or worse, is actually needed until Mickey can prove himself.

It's not even just that the shot is falling, KO looks so much more decisive and comfortable.
that's the biggest difference for sure
I trust Danny Ainge

We need KO 's scoring punch .

I'm disgusted with Zeller

Win or lose, I must ask, what the hell happened to Orlando?
They are going regret the trade with Detroit. 3 years in a row of wins in the 20's.  An interesting young core but no one to truly build around. Oladipo not bring utilized properly. There's many reasons.

I'm sure they will think fruitlessly pursuing Durant and Horford this summer was totally worth losing Harris.

  • Boston Celtics= Championships, nothing less.
Watching this game makes me realize that next season we may not have:
Sully
Amir
Turner

Three guys who are currently starting.
Who replaces these guys if they're not here?

We need some young bigs.
"We are lucky we have a very patient GM that isn't willing to settle for being good and coming close. He wants to win a championship and we have the potential to get there still with our roster and assets."

quoting 'Greg B' on RealGM after 2017 trade deadline.
Read that last line again. One more time.

we probably don't let sully walk for nothing

Same with amir. We'd at least keep him on for next year so we have a big contract for trading
I trust Danny Ainge

Yup. There's only 3 guys I want for sure on this team next year: Crowder, Smart and Thomas. That means we need bigs. I would like to keep Sully, Olynyk, Turner and Johnson, but would give them up in right trade.

Well, I guess we'll just have to agree to disagree.

Just got home from work.  Nice to see KO having a good game and that Zeller is parked on the bench.

Payton has more minutes played than Jennings, but why does Skiles start Jennings over Payton?  Payton is a superior player at both ends of the floor, especially defensively.

Payton's coming back from injury I believe.

No we don't have to disagree. It's just that there must be a reason Mickey is not taking Zeller's minutes.

That would make sense.
