Spurs are so lethal though with Aldridge this year.  Inside/outside balance.

the Spurs defense was obviously fantastic but the Warriors D was also on point. 87-79 is a pretty low final score. Still, in grind it out games, I like the Spurs' chances more than the Warriors. If that's what it comes down to in the playoffs, I can see the Spurs pulling off the upset.

There is an NBA game thread for results.
I'd like to be able to check Celticsblog and not find out the winners/losers of certain games because triboy has to mention it in his topic heading.

Well, NBA Network app already gives away results of games. I guess you could be recording games directly from your cable provider, but CB shouldn't be the first place you go if your are trying to hold off from seeing game scores....still, I do agree - scores shouldn't be in any thread title.

Yep that's why I avoid the NBA sites/facebook pages etc...There's just no need to put the result in the thread title.
Just say 'Spurs try to defend streak at home today vs GSW'.

And we all need to remember that Golden State was playing in a back to back and SA was NOT!!  This was also GS's 4th game of the week and only the 3rd for SA.

Those things simply DO NOT happen in the playoffs.

It truly is, for all practical purposes, meaningless, other than the Spurs home winning streak!!!
