Melo had a great game and then closed it with this awful shot

What was he supposed to do?

Boston played great D, he took what he had, and I was still holding my breath from the moment he let it go!

It was a tough shot, but Melo is one of the few guys who can hit a shot like that in his stride.  We had both good defence AND a dash of luck on our side.
Got the ball 30 ft from the basket with Marcus Smart on him. Thats a tough situation.

Gutty, ugly win, TPS FOR EVERYONE!!!!!
tp party and one for you!!!

this team is unbelivable in the last few minutes.

Remember 2013-2014, where we blew countless 4th quarter leads and couldn't close a game to save our lives?  What an incredible contrast.  Both Stevens and our players deserve a lot of credit.

To piggy back on this our rebounding was horrible then too. We don't really have those problems anymore either.

CBS is a great coach.
COY?

I think so. This team really has limited talent. 10+ million of our cap is a buyout player.
Once you are labeled 'the best' you want to stay up there, and you can't do it by loafing around.

CBS is a great coach.

I think so too

OKC .....would be winning a title if CBS was in OKC

Celtics could if they get durant, Noah, and top 5 pick.

longest home win streak since 08-09.  Probably the best team since then too.  I dont think we made it back to the finals that year,  we did it the year after but we are right there.  Anything is possible this year imo when we are protecting our home floor like we are.

i want to hear Melo's opinion and thoughts on the loss, considering all of the comments today from him.

CBS is a great coach.
COY?

If we win 50 games, he has to be!

NBA will find a way to let Tyronn Lue win COY. Or Steve Kerr.

Porzingis, who had just one foul and was not injured, played just 20 minutes. Lance Thomas played 30 and Langston Galloway played 23. What on earth is Rambis doing?!
Isaiah, you were lightning in a bottle.

Should go to Pop before either of them. San Antonio is so under the radar because of what the Warriors are doing.

Rambis is awful. We're lucky to have CBS
