Lowry. He's easily the best PG in the east IMO. A late bloomer, but hes good. I like him.

Lowry.  Better shooter, more efficient overall, better rebounder, better defender.  Love IT but I think this one is easy.

It's not really that close. IT has the better handle, but Lowry is better in every other way: scoring, defense.

Lowry is not only the best defensive PG in the East this year he might be the best defensive PG in all of basketball.

Lowry is the better player and PG and its not even close. IT is having a fantastic year. Kyle Lowry is playing top ten basketball this year.

To be fair, Memphis has done a really bad job with the rookies they draft in recent history.
