I think the NBA dropped the ball on this one. One of the leading 3P% shooter in the NBA right now, with the All-Star in Canada, it would've been a great story to have. Idiots.

Same with lettin Lue coach the all-star team when he only coaches like 5 games , instead of Dwayne Casey coach of the Toronto Raptors .

Brilliant !

The NBA today is a popularity contest.  Olynyk isn't that popular.

Sad, but true.

Some weird choices. I don't think anyone outside of Devin Booker's immediate family and the most delusional of Suns fans think he should be included.

Looks like Olynyk has been punished for not being a volume 3 point shooter.

That's very odd, he certainly deserved it.

At least IT made the Skills Challenge  ::)

Retarded.

Makes no sense

Also having a big man shoot the three would be cool

Still a possibility if someone decides not to/injury

Kelly(13th) shoots better than Lowery(30th), Middleton(15th), Harden(73rd), and Bosh(47th). Booker is just about tied with Kelly, although Kelly has made more 3's. What is the logic behind those choices? For one, Harden would be 5th on the celtics in 3 point %.

I can understand deciding that Kelly doesn't deserve to be one of the eight -- though I would have picked him -- but Chris Bosh? Huh?

Yep.

Curry, Klay, Lowry, Middleton, Booker, Redick, and Harden.

I think KO certainly has a much better claim than several of these guys, especially Middleton, Booker, and Bosh. He's shooting a higher clip than all three of those, except Booker who is at 41.8% versus KO's 41.7%, and he's on a team that is much better than all three of those teams that they're on, not to mention the fact that he's from Canada.

There's absolutely no reason why those three should be above him. Absolutely ignorant.

EDIT: So I just now remembered that Bosh played in Toronto for all of those years, but that's where Kelly is from. If Bosh is getting that treatment and Lowry is getting that treatment, shouldn't KO, too? This kind of ticked me off quite a bit.

Recovering Joe Skeptic, but inching towards a relapse.
