How were the fouls on Butler and Rise in the act of shooting, but not that one?

It reminds me of the no call on Hunter during the Twolves game

As frustrating as this game is, imagine being a Bulls fan watching it.  You're getting every call and we're bricking every lay up but somehow we're up 13.

Also, that call on JJ is egregious!

Man, we are beating a good Bulls team and Utah vs BK started out 2-12 in the Nets' favor, but now they're down 67-50 to Utah.  It's turning into a good day

There was a game like that last year against the Nets in Brooklyn. They were literally getting like every call, similar to the end of the Washington game, yet we were still just consistently better than them. We ended up winning and they ended up having a ridiculous free throw and foul advantage over us.
