Now that Melo has finally bought into a system, he needs to stay where he is. He has finally learned how to be coached.

I have never been a Melo fan, but he has done what Pierce did under Rivers. He has figured out how to play team ball for greater team success instead of hero ball that doesn't maximize the value of teammates.
