The shot selection has been so bad though. He really needs to play on ball. His passing is very good and his handle looks pretty solid as well, but his shooting does not.

I agree. I think this year he's shown that he could be a point guard long term with his much improved passing and ball-handling.

He really does not get enough credit for his passing: it's very good.

Lillard closes out the Nets.  The Nets actually took a 4 point lead in the beginning of the 4th, but crumbled from there and will lose handily.
