You can't give up 120 against the Knicks and then blame the refs.

there is an answer to all of this. Free Mickey!

And also have IT come off the bench

Besides tonight, defense hasn't been our problem. I agree to free Mickey, but our problem is offense not defense.

And, hell, I think IT should come off of the bench, too, but who scores then??

Our best offensive lineup (with IT and Sully) is too weak defensively to even shut down the Knicks minus Carmelo.  I'm agreeing its time to figure out who's in the running to be part of your future, play them and bench or deal anyone else.  Team as is won't make playoffs, barring injuries on other teams.

Go ahead and give up! When they right the ship, none of you jump on!

I don't think this ship can be righted without outside help (namely, a trade or two).

So offense was the problem when we scored 114 points and gave up 120 points to a Knicks team that played without Carmelo for a half?

That makes TOTAL sense.

I don't care how bad the refs are, this team just gave up a boatload of points to a losing team.

But that's okay—it's just one game, right?

It's been "just one loss" for the last 10 games. We need a trade ASAP.

My thoughts exactly. Too many people still seriously saying things like "it's just one game" or "we're just in a little funk."
This isn't a little funk. This is a full out collapse

I agree. It's like the team let its guard down against the Lakers and then never recovered.

We're a top-3 defensive team, and we've lost 6 of 7. Yes, it's an offensive problem, because our second best scorer is Jae Crowder..

CBS iced IT4, don't think he made a shot when he came back in. Need to stop playing guys entire quarters unless you are going to put them back in a couple mins into the next one. I don't know how he expects players to be hot after sitting like 20mins of real time.

I'd rather do it tomorrow than a month from now.

Problem is in part that we used to manufacture plenty of points with our defense. Our current rotation has shied away from that strategy.

Yep, but of course we're just going to wait until the last possible minute to do it.
