In my mind, commentators like Marv Albert and Kevin Harlan aren't really supposed to be the source of much insight. They're supposed to call the action and get the listeners hyped during the game and well, I think they do a pretty good job at that. Mike Gorman does it pretty well too. "GOT IT!"
It's the other guys who should be providing insights, like Jeff Van Gundy or Hubie Brown. I don't have feelings towards C-Webb, but honestly, I like listening to coaches wayyy more than players (like Mark Jackson or Reggie Miller).
