So, apparently Brad officially told Lee that he's out of the rotation, and Lee said he doesn't agree with it, but will stay ready. I wonder how long it will take for this to become a locker room problem.

Recovering Joe Skeptic, but inching towards a relapse.

Everything was going well until the reason given was "going small more" *pukes*

Does it matter really?  I don't think he makes much difference either way. He will prob not create too much locker room issues though. He's a pro.

Interesting development. I've thought for a while that Stevens' rotations were too long because he was just too nice -- played guys out of a feeling of obligation. I imagine Lee may have been the safest target here, given it happened in GS and he appeared to handle it quite well. Glad to know he'll be "ready," too. :P

  • Sometimes there's no sane reason for optimism
Brad does need to shorten the rotation and Lee was the obvious choice given the age/development of our team. When Bradley returns, Young and RJ will return to the bench full-time, too. Next Brad will need to make a choice between JJ and Zeller. I prefer Zeller, but it doesn't really matter what I think.

IT
AB
Crowder
Amir
Kelly

Smart
ET
Sully
JJ OR Zeller (depending on matchup)

Nobody else should really be playing with a fully healthy team.

David didn't have a choice in GS and he said he would do it but that they had to win. we aren't really winning so I can't see him being okay with it. I mean, he sat so Dray and Bogut could get the minutes, I'm sure that's easier to handle than being sat for our bigs (not bad but not GSW bigs).
It takes me 3hrs to get to Miami and 1hr to get to Orlando... but I *SPIT* on their NBA teams! "Bless God and bless the (Celts)"-Lady GaGa (she said gays but she really meant Celts)

Yeah, he's playing for one final contract on a team that's not going to challenge for a title. I don't see him being okay with it for long. He'll probably ask for a trade or buyout soon enough.

Meh, I really don't see it being an issue. If he wants out, he can probably find a way... but I don't think this is going to cause any disruption to the team. He's been a professional throughout his career and he has made his money... no reason for that to change now.

What's unfortunate is that we couldn't sell as high as possible on him this season. But, probably doesn't matter that much. I'm sure his value is pretty well established around the league at this point.

Wanting/asking to play isn't going to be him being unprofessional. He hasn't had to face this until GSW and like I said b4 he said it was hard for him w/ GSW last season and that he told them that it was only okay if they were going to win. I don't expect him to be disruptive, I never even hinted at it but I do expect him to eventually ask for a way out of here. Egos are hard to fight when you have been the man all your life.

Yeah, he very well could ask for an out. Not sure he'll get it, but whatever. No sweat off CsBlog's sack.

When you kill your team on both ends of the floor I do not know how you can expect or want to play.  The C's are a whopping 7.9 points per 100 possessions better without him on the floor!

With/Lee on the floor Off. Rat. 97.0, Def. Rat. 99.6, -2.6 points per 100 possessions.
Without/Lee             Off. Rat. 102.6, Def. Rat. 97.3, +5.3 points per 100 possessions.

After the trade deadline he will get waived if not traded.  Best for everyone
