I watch Smart play like this and I have a lot of difficulty understanding why some people would swap him for Noel.

They're pretty equivalent.  I think if Noel were here, we'd all be equally nutso for him.  Noel is no slouch.

not saying I wouldn't mind having him but he's not as good on offense and he doesn't have the same motor as Smart (few do)
