Where do you think Lee will end up after we buy him out in February?  Lee is obviously a bad fit here.  If he was a competent three point shooter and an adequate defender, he'd work better, but that's not his game.   He's still capable of putting up points and getting some rebounds, though.  WHich team could use him?   Anyone really weak at PF this year?

HIs per minute stats are basically even with what they have been all along.  Per-36 of 17 points, 10 rebounds, 4 assists, 1 block with 47% shooting and 78% from the line.   I can still imagine him starting somewhere.
My guess is he ends up in either Los Angeles or Golden State.

I expect him to be dealt along with a pick and then bought out by that team. Maybe Chicago or New Orleans could be the team to trade for him then cut him.
DKC:  Rockets
CB Draft: Memphis Grizz
Players: Klay Thompson, Jabari Parker, Aaron Gordon
Next 3 picks: 4.14, 4.15, 4.19

I think right now overall Crowder is probably our best player.  Look at plus/minus.  Isaiah, Crowder, Bradley, KO, Sully, Smart, Amir and Turner probably are our best players somewhere in that order.  Smart obviously has the most room for improvement imo. I'd say James Young maybe but he really hasn't done much. RJ might get a shot if Young doesnt do much.

Outside of our top 5 or 6 guys. Turner is our best bench guy right now but Smart should be starting imo and Isaiah should take that crown.

Lee is basically just depth.  He's not even playing.  Neither are rj, Mickey or Rozier.

Futurewise I see Smart trending up.  Isaiah trending down. Turner trending out. Same with David Lee and Amir.  Sully should trend up too but I'll believe it when I see it. Same with KO really but I don't see either guy trending up much from what they are.  They should be more solid for sure as they get older.

Crowder, Bradley, Isaiah and Turner are pretty much maximizing their potential right now.  They are in their prime.  Turner will probably continue to get better but probably not with us.

Lee won't be here next year.  Neither will Turner most likely and we will fill those spots iwth draft picks or trade.  Amir might be but will probably end up like Lee and Mickey playing.

I think Rozier will get a shot next season barring trades.  Young and Rj will continue to do battle.  Mickey  will get a shot.  We'll draft and make a trade to fill a couple spots.

Lee is probably the most sure thing to be toast though.  If he is here next year I will be surprised.

Edit:Zeller is also toast. I forgot about him.  He's been toast for a while, but who knows.  Lee, Zeller and Turner though. Toast.

Id really like to think this is the case, and the stats you give above give space for hope, but it seems hard to believe.

Do you have any team in mind?
