Basically, Warriors aren't pleased with Speights's lack of offense this year, and are looking for a stretch 4 that can give them a scoring punch. Can we help out, maybe get an asset in return?
I could very well see the Hawks... starting Taurean Prince at the 3, who is already better than Crowder, imo.

you vs. the guy she tells you not to worry about

I wouldn't be surprised if they try to pry Markieff Morris away from the Suns.

They don't really have anything that makes sense in a trade for KO or Sully, the two guys they would possibly want.

Maybe there's some kind of package deal that sends out some of our guys for Harrison Barnes. I'm on the fence about Barnes (and about the contract he's going to want after this season) but that might be the kind of talent upgrade the Celtics need.

For GS, though, there are probably easier options out there.

Don't you understand? They lost 2 pivotal games out of the 32 games they've played!

One game was them running out of breath over a back2back, the other was missing their star player. They thought it was brutal losing those two games!

Haha.  I think both Barnes and Klay Thompson were out for that Milwaukee loss that ended the streak!  I'm feeling really bad for them!

I have a feeling that Barnes is much like Jeff Green. He has all the talent but won't ever be a superstar.  I really like him though.
Once you are labeled 'the best' you want to stay up there, and you can't do it by loafing around.

I don't get it.

Why would they need to trade for another stretch 4 when they have one waiting in the wings in Kevon Looney? Dude just needs to heal his hip injury and he's good to go.

Just don't trade mickey to them

Nothing to worry, Mickey is the last thing they need.

Sully is NOT a Stretch 4.

They want to win titles.  So I think they would avoid Sully, who is a rebounding specialist.

No but he has stretchmarks, I wager.  Yeah, it is becoming more and more evident that he is not a floor spreader.

Any chance they could go for Jerebko? He's hitting .423 from the 3 and is much more effective at the 4 than where we've too often misused him at the 3.

Sully is pretty similar to Speights, except that he is a lot better from pretty much everywhere in both percentages and volume.  Stretch 4 in GS is not the same as stretch 4 in a lot of places.
