Any TRUE Celtic fan will boo him mercilessly. Who cares that he was a good player - he was a jerk as a person and is on our hated rival. I am *so* sick of all this sentimental garbage about how people should clap for him etc. That is akin to "letting the terrorists win." Sorry for the rant, but I hate seeing so many Cs fans going soft!

I'll be at that game tonight and I CAN'T wait to boo him...but then again I do think we might give him a standing ovation for the rivalry during 08-2010.

I do however think it will be hilarious if we give him what looks like a tribute to kobe bryant, but then the video shows nothing but Brandon Bass during his time with the Celtics

He was charged for rape.  The blog police will not like this post, but it is a true statement.  Bad husband, bad teammate, bad person.  Let the booing begin.

Respect for his personal accomplishments. He enjoyed being the villain.  He is going out in a nice way , enjoying the crowds and memories .

 He killed the Celtics tho.

Glade to see him leave.......I hate the era of Lakers , showtime and all that garbage .  He reminds me of all the distaste I felt for the Lakers

Glade to see .... West, Jackson , Buss ,  all that mess finally leave LA .  Kobe is sorta the last man standing from that show boating era.  NBA sucking up t their every need and want year after year .

I hope their "tribute" includes every possession where a Celtic made a block or forced a Kobe turnover in the last 20 years.

Edit:  I'd take a few hard foul clips mixed in, too.

I would love to see kobe have a historically horrible game and the crowd chant - "one more year!!!!"

Not geting personal, I'm sure he'll get a positive reception, but as a basketball player... he was a Celtic pain in the axx.

Don't boo him, don't cheer him, just let him go away.
Finally.

If we booed him everytime we played against him, why would it be any different this time. I hope that he gets the loudest booing he will hear on this stupid farewell tour. Screw you Kobe!
