great trade for NO terrible for Bucks.
NO is one of the few teams that can accommodate the much maligned defensively deficient low post scoring big man. AD gives them such versatility at the PF that they have a huge roster building advatage over most other teams. While I think the above proposed trade is too one sided for NO it does give an example of what may work.
Pairing AD with a big like Monroe in the starting lineup and then backing them up with a stretch/face up 4 would give them great versatility. Some other NO targets
Pekovic, if healthy he could be a nice 20-25 MPG starter next to AD. Ideally a trade for him ships Asik to a 3rd team (not sure who)
Gallinari, if NO could some how use Gordon and Anderson in multi team deals to land Gallinari I think he would be an excellent fit with AD.
Starting 5
Holiday
Evans
Gallonari
AD
Pek
6th need a decent 3-D SF
7th scoring PG
real rough plan and injury concerns to Pek likey make it unreasonable but this is just a rough idea towards what I think would work to build around AD
