The Nets will not trade with Boston for the next decade. It will start a riot in Brooklyn. They chernobyled their future, and even their present. They were expecting Pierce and KG to retire there, and get a ring. Instead, they can't even legitimately rebuild for the next 3 years.
It's going to be especially awesome in 2017 when we are hopefully making strides in the playoffs, and (depending on FA and ping pong balls this offseason), if we were to finish among the top 10 teams in the league, as Brooklyn continues to bottom feed, and they get that lovely call from Danny.
