That is very strange. Do not like seeing GMs interfere with a head coach's assistants. Bad sign.

They must have something against the Celtics with both guys having strong ties to our organization.

Definitely a strange move - the head coach is almost always the scapegoat.

I would think the opposite. The Suns GM worked with the Celtics for ten year and served as Danny Ainge's assistant GM for a portion of that time.
