So do players still get fined for flops?

Barely, and they're hardly employed anymore. It's like a warning the first time, and then $5K, $10k, $15k, and $30K for subsequent flopping fines up to the fifth time. Slaps on the wrist.

Speaking of which, did Reggie Jackson get fined for the BS flop yesterday?  That one deserved a 100k fine.
