They should be fined 50,000 for each flop. If we're not going to be changing the Hack-a rules due to worrying about what it teaches kids about free throws, we should be fining, demonizing, and making a much bigger deal about flopping, which is essentially trying to deceive the ref.

Barely, and they're hardly employed anymore. It's like a warning the first time, and then $5K, $10k, $15k, and $30K for subsequent flopping fines up to the fifth time. Slaps on the wrist.
