Interesting article on why everyone hates the Clippers

I found this interesting article on why the Clippers are the most hated team in the league. It actually seems pretty accurate. I know I hate the Clippers just as much as I hate Cleveland, and it's mostly due to an extreme dislike of Paul and Griffin. I just don't like their basketball character, i.e. how they play the game and conduct themselves on the floor. DJ was one of the only likable guys in their rotation, but after this summer and his reneging on Dallas, the whole situation kind of left a sour taste in my mouth.

Interesting article, I don't know if I see the LAC enough to really hate them. I feel most of the players in the league complain to the refs way too much. That's why the stars get preferential treatment. The league should make a new rule if you argue a call, you get a T... argue a second call, and you're tossed.

If Labron, Cousins, Paul, etc. knew they would get a T, and would be tossed for a second T, they would shut-up, and maybe, just maybe, we would see improvement in the flow of the game, and an improvement in the refs in general.

I think it's because the Clippers boast and b*tch at refs (mainly Chris Paul, but whole group) like a team that's won something.  They haven't won anything.  Not even close to winning anything, actually.  Haven't even made their conference finals.

They have had three seasons of mid-50s wins.  That's a nice accomplishment, don't get me wrong.  But teams do that every season.  It's not an accomplishment unless you challenge for a championship, and they have not.

Yeah, that was explicitly mentioned within the article. I didn't realize how widespread the hate was for them, but apparently most in the league feel the same way towards them.

I think the only thing I dislike about the Clippers is the fact they act like they are the team to beat. They have never been the team to beat nor won anything. They also get a lot of calls and in games they have no business being in they occasionally end up winning those which is completely unfair.
