The NBA draft does not work on NFL draft principles. The only reasons to ever trade down in a draft are 1. you have a clear target in the draft who you rank high then other teams and are 100% sure he is available a few picks later, to dump bad contracts off of your current roster, or you are not happy with the available talent and feel future assets or a veteran player is a better fit.
I would be absolutely shocked if DA had the #3 pick and decided trading down for perceived lesser talent was a good idea. Add to that the abundance of picks the Cs already own and Id say this isn't happening.
