AINT THIS A BENCH!

The bench destroyed this game... unreal. Can someone please put out an amber alert for KO?

Celts are just not equipped to deal with size.

Yikes. That's a killer 3 there by Tolliver. We gotta get a run started.

I get sick of people saying we have no go-to scorer in close games. it's basically Thomas's most marketable skill.
thing is, much like hack-a-Drummond being used to exploit his weakness, an opposing PG can just post up IT all day long and make him a liability.  it's been done several times this year.

I'm assuming this has happened, but it has nothing to do with his ability to be a go-to scorer in close games.
my point is that he while he can certainly score (on those nights he's not ice-cold and to be fair, those nights happen to everyone), if he has to be pulled during the game because the other team is abusing him on offense by posting their PG and either scoring over him with no risk of being blocked or running the offense out of the low post and passing to an open man because IT needs help defending the post,   he's not a great option as a go-to scorer

Honestly I thought this team was mentally tough but some of these guys really fold... this reminds me of that stretch where we got destroyed by the Nets and Hawks. Guys look like they already gave up

To be fair, LeBron and Tolliver on back-to-back nights would be a nightmare for anyone.

Illyasova and Tolliver have been open all game.

I wish our stretch bigs could actually make 3s.

Whenever I watch Thomas play, I'm always waiting for the size 9.5 other shoe to drop with him.  I think he's playing pretty good, but I have trouble seeing him as a long-term solution as the starting PG.

Bit of a come back to Earth for the Celts these past two games against tough EC foes.
