I wonder if Washington is willing to give up their starting SF for help at PF and C? If they are here are 2 trade ideas that could work nicely for us and them:
The simple trade:
http://espn.go.com/nba/tradeMachine?tradeId=pnufqvfWashington gets Sully and Zeller. This is a much needed upgrade in their bigs department.
Boston gets Porter, a jung SF with potential.
A 3-way trade:
http://espn.go.com/nba/tradeMachine?tradeId=zupw9a9Washington gets Morris and Zeller for Porter and Humphries. Morris has 4 years on a decent contract while Zeller is a good backup. Plus he is a RFA. They again loose their SF for an upgrade at the PF spot. Getting rid of Humphries 2 year contract might actually be a bonus.
Boston turns 2 bigs, Sully and Zeller, into a promising SF, TJ Warren.
Phoenix might just be the winner of this one. Turning Morris, who does not want to be there, into Sullinger might actually be a good haul. Ok, one can debate that, but I guess that Morris trade value is pretty low right now. Flipping Porter for Warren might be a 50/50 trade. I kind of like Warren better but Porter might turn out to be the better player 2,3 years from now. What do you think?
I thought about these trades because Washington is playing badly and really in need of a PF/C and we have too many guys that can play these possitions.
