So we know we can't beat the Cavs, spurs, or warriors.

Time to make a trade.

This game puts a spotlight on the C's team deficiencies. No Center with size, physicality, and ability, and lack of additional scorers.

Has JJ hit a basket this year?

this game provides a solid example of why the C's are not a top team -- no one on the roster they can put in the game that is a real ' scorer' that gets points even when their shot isn't falling.  Prime Pierce would be huge for this team (if only we could turn back time on that)

Seriously?
yup.  you're problem with that is?

Who keeps saying they are top team?
ah, I see.  posters in other threads that, for example, were eating up the latest power rankings where the C's were at #6.  Not that power rankings mean anything in reality but a number of posters were thinking that C's were at least the 6th best team in the league.

There's been a number of threads this season proposing the C's are a top team in the East, often mentioned as only inferior to Cleveland.

not relishing this drubbing we're taking but seeing the prime issue I've anticipated with this team - lack of a real go-to scorer will be a significant issue against top teams as well as teams that play tough D
Everyone knows Its Cavs Warriors Spurs then everyone else with OKC having a lot of potential to get into that top group.

That being said, I still think we can compete with the Cavs, we just played badly today. I mean we also lost to Brooklyn.

It's not ludicrous to think this is true. We've beat Chicago and Atlanta, and Toronto and Indiana are in the same league as us.

so many foolish turnovers and sloppy passes to go along with ice-cold shooting.

I'm not sure if there is anyone that I hate more than Lebron...

Chris Paul, King Joffrey, The Governor, and Lebron. Top 4.

Tommy is crazy, though. I don't think this Cavs team can beat the Warriors. Not sure about the Spurs.

It's the same story OVER AND OVER, if our bigs don't play well, we don't. Even when AB and IT4 do play well, if our bigs don't, we still lose.
It takes me 3hrs to get to Miami and 1hr to get to Orlando... but I *SPIT* on their NBA teams! "Bless God and bless the (Celts)"-Lady GaGa (she said gays but she really meant Celts)

This was just a look-ahead game because we're so excited to play another second half of a back-to-back on the road.

The Cavs are a very big physical team, that can defend, and score. The C's generally don't do well against teams like that. Most teams don't.

We already knew that before hand. Those are the top 3 contenders in the league. C's at least challenged the Spurs and Warriors tho. What's disappointing about tonight is how easily the Cavs got to play their game. They turned it up and were never matched. That hasn't happened many times this year.
