I know there have been threads made involving the same teams/players, but this idea is slightly different.
The Pelicans are likely going to trade Ryan Anderson. I think they'd be wise to get back a YOUNG wing player in any Anderson deal.
The Suns can offer Morris & sweeten the deal w/ a wing player like Archie Goodwin. For some reason, I wouldn't be surprised if the Pelicans prefer to keep their cap space available for free agents rather than compromising it to get Markieff Morris.
Don't sleep on the Rockets as potential suitors either. They can offer the Pelicans Terrence Jones (expiring) & KJ McDaniels. It's harder for them to match salaries without compromising needed veteran play (Marcus Thornton & Jason Terry)--unless they include Montiejunas, Dekker, or Harrell in the deal to match salaries. They'd likely want a 3rd team to help them facilitate Anderson to Houston (Celtics-Jerebko?)
Teams like Washington (can offer Oubre, Anderson, Blair), Orlando (Nicholson, Founier, Smith), & Milwaukee (Vaughn & Mayo) could also be competition.
Heres my 3 team idea:
To Celtics: Ryan Anderson, 2016 WAS 1st (protected top 10)
To Pelicans: Jerebko, Young, Blair
To Wizards: Zeller, 2nd round pick (one of our less favorable 2nd rounders)
Why for the Celtics?
Celtics get Anderson to bolster our shooting. We give up James Young who is currently making strides to become a good role player in the NBA. We get another 1st rounder from the Wizards.
Why for the Pelicans?
They get two players who they'd likely choose to keep beyond this season (Jerebko & Young) for Anderson who's on an expiring contract. They could use a wing player like James Young for the future.
Why for the Wizards
They get Zeller to back up Gortat. They get a 2nd round pick.

Or how about we leave out the Wizards:
To Celtics: Anderson
To Pelicans: Jerebko, Young, & two NON-PHILLY 2nds
Could this get it done?
I know there are people who are going to say we're giving up too much (Young) but that's the price you pay for a good shooter like Anderson even on an expiring. We have so many picks, that it'd be easy for us to replace James Young.
Obviously, Ainge only does either of these trades if he would like to sign Anderson long term and thinks we'd have a legit shot at retaining him.
Thoughts???
