Aaron Gordon from the Magic. Really a quality kid, Now more than ever I want to give Coach BS, awesome, quality humans, to coach and preach togetherness to.

The Magic have so many young good pieces they could easily move Gordon for the right price.

Vucevic, Nicholson, Fournier, Tobias Harris, Oladipo, Payton, Hezonja

Is Rozier, Mickey, Sullinger too much for him. That's if we are not planning on resigning Sully.

Or Rozier, Young, Zeller, Dallas first does that get it done. We could add are own pick this year, we can't use all of these picks.

Gordon would be a Perfect fit here 20 years old, off the charts athlete could switch to anyone on defense. Is shooting decent from 3pfg% .324, he can play the three and four, good passer, ball handler great teamate.

 Amir
 Gordon
 Crowder
 Bradley
 Smart

 That defense would be insane.

I agree, I would love to get Gordon.  However, I would hate to give up Mickey.  I would give up Sully, Young, Dallas pick, and even another 1st rounder (not Nets pick).  Do you think they would have any interest?

First Tommy point to you VT! I think Two firsts and Two prospects of their choice would get it done.

Not giving up Mickey for Gordon . Gordon has excellent skills ....would love to have him over JJ , ZELLER .

But I luv the tuffness Mickey has .....a little of chip and KG stare .....not backing down , sticking your nose in the thick of the fray .

Like Smart ,Crowder and Mickey .......tuffness and attitude

They actually might want Sullinger since that front court may be talented but gets pushed around a bit and could use Sulley's presence on the glass.

Might need a 3rd team to take on Andrew Nicholson though.

Gordon is a very young and unproven guy. I'm definitely not overpaying with Sully and Mickey for him if I can avoid it.

If they want some combo of Young, Rozier, Zeller, Lee, late firsts and 2nds we can talk, but I'm not sending core pieces for a guy that can't beat out Andrew Nicholson

why would orlando trade him? Gordon is a very talented young player on a improving, rebuilding team. It's the right fit for both sides.

teams are not looking for poo poo latter 3-for-1 trades where the best player goes the other way.

why are there so many threads about player(s) whose teams have no reason to trade him?

Mike

(My name is not Mike)

Well if Sullinger is involved and they want to resign him, and makes that team much better now.
Gordon isn't a great fit there, with the right offer he could be had IMO.

Orlando has a lot of young players and depth already. I don't think they trade Aaron Gordon for quantity. Only for quality. A one-for-one type trade.

I think Orlando will want either:

(1) an established star - which Boston does not have
(2) a young up and coming player - Marcus Smart for A.Gordon is a possibility
(3) a top draft pick - Brooklyn pick only pick high enough to make it worthwhile for them. Pick is too valuable for Boston to give up for A.Gordon.

If Olynyk has a long stretch of quality play, I wonder if Orlando would get interested in him. Olynyk seems to be the type of PF they want on their team with his size, outside shooting and passing ability.

Maybe Olynyk + Mavs pick.

Gordon is overrated at this point. He hasn't developed that much so far, he scores mostly on dunks and right at the rim.

They have multiple guys that play the same position and play better. He needs to improve his shooting. He's still young, no way is he worth a Brooklyn pick.

I also wouldn't trade Olynyk for him straight up.

Gordon and Smart have a lot in common, high draft picks, great glue guys, high character, great defender, great athletes, bad offensive players, both really need to improve their skill levels if they want big paydays.
