I am thinking Bradley will be on Curry most of the game.  If he shuts curry down won't all contenders be banging down our door for his services?
CB Draft LA Lakers: Lamarcus Aldridge, Carmelo Anthony,Jrue Holiday, Wes Matthews  6.11, 7.16, 8.14, 8.15, 9.16, 11.5, 11.16

if he is able to shut down curry why trade him???
he is getting better every year... has a great contract
if he avg 15p playing great defence he should not be traded
we have the nets picks and free agency to find a sf and a center

If AB shuts down Curry and we win, and all the contenders are "banging down our door" for him, why not consider us a contender as well?

Everything has a price and if somebody is willing to overpay, then we have Smart to take his place. And, who knows, maybe Rozier just needs more pt.

But somebody would have to be super in love with the guy because his contract / production are top notch - right there with IT.

Because if we win I am assuming Klay isn't playing.  If the Celtics lose tonight we aren't contenders, if we win we also aren't contenders

Most valuable?  Probably not.  Those Brooklyn picks still hold more value than any player we have.

I think that most contenders would love to have him, though.  The question is, are those teams able to pay the price for a productive, young player on a very reasonable contract?  How many contenders can offer more than a late round draft pick or two?

I thought the same thing after I posed the question  :-[

Aside from Golde State, San Antonio, and Cleveland, are there really any contenders?

Nope, but we are incredibly far removed from that group

Well then which of those two contenders will bang down our door for AB?

Unlike fans, scouts are a little more meticulous about how they judge a player.

Fans on the other hand run hot and cold, point whichever way the wind is blowing.

That's the disconnect here.  Fans think they understand talent.

Not all that relevant here but I'm not sure if anyone in the league is close to that group.

LA has been eh. The hornets raptors Bulls heat and pacers aren't scaring anyone. I think the thunder(and probably la too)  are probably the only other team that you could say is definitely better than us

Ain't nobody shutting down Curry.
You’ll have to excuse my lengthiness—the reason I dread writing letters is because I am so apt to get to slinging wisdom & forget to let up. Thus much precious time is lost.

This.
Avery is one heck of a defender, but no one is going to shut down Curry.
