If Rondo continues to play this well, it will be interesting to see which teams he gets offers from besides the Kings as well as how much he is offered.  There's still a lot of teams that already have good PGs or that he wouldn't be a good fit.
Sac should lock him up now.  He's exactly what Cousins needs and now that he's finally back to his former self...I think the move is a no brainer.

  • Peace it's a board. We all will never agree.
Rondo Has been playing great. Looks like the Kings will make playoffs. They played great last night without gay. I see them trading Gay and I think Rondo will be offered a contract by them. I look to see this go well. I know everyone wants Cousins to come here. I am happy Rondo has found a home. I will be checking him out more on NBA pass.

They should give Rondo the max, especially if it keeps DMC happy.  Those two are a solid core.  Just need to stumble upon some adequate complimentary pieces.  They're young enough that the Kings might have a long enough window to get it done.

I like Collison and Bellinelli, but their other pieces haven't convinced me much of anything.
Philly:

Anderson Varejao    Tiago Splitter    Matt Bonner
David West    Kenyon Martin    Brad Miller
Andre Iguodala    Josh Childress    Marquis Daniels
Dwyane Wade    Leandro Barbosa
Kirk Hinrich    Toney Douglas   + the legendary Kevin McHale

Willie Looked Good last night. It helps DMC too. If they can get something for Gay of value. They may could win a series if they can get to the 5 seed.

I hope we make him an offer. He can take Turner's spot. Then Rondo just has to tell DMC to force a trade and we can swoop in and get him. That's my fantasy. We'd still have max cap room too. We'd be winning again and winning in style!

I would pay to see a Rondo Zing Carmelo BROOK LOPEZ batum lineup.... phil won't though.

Rondo to Porzingis, wow!  You just opened my eyes to a combo that could be truly great.  If he keeps trending in his current direction, maybe Sac should look to swap DMC for Zinger.  Seems like he could be a better defender with the same inside/outside and rebounding.
