Smart may be back before 2016

While the Celtics won’t have Smart for Friday, Ainge makes it sound like the guard will be returning to the floor very soon.

“Marcus is coming along really well. He has been getting treatment and working out, conditioning twice a day and sometimes three-times a day,” he said. “It’s hard to tell a time frame. He’s not ready to play yet; he’s at least a week away and Im not sure exactly when he’ll be back. He’s coming along fine.”

Good luck figuring if he 's on the bench or not assuming he's fully healed (otherwise no) still think you need a bona fide scorer on the 2nd unit. A nice problem to have - you're playing well and get a big piece back.

I am quite worried about Smart, it does seem that he is getting injured quite often...but then again, he plays his heart out, and he always bring it night in and night out. I love watching him play and it sucks seeing him on the bench
